Condity is a Field Service Management (FSM) software for managing recurring preventive and predictive maintenance tasks at customer sites.
Public release is still under development. We are looking for early adopters, so if this software roughly fits your needs, please fill the form at the end of this page.
Regardless of whether the maintenance is under your responsibility or your customer's, Condity ensures that maintenance is always done at the right time.
Are your customers forgetting or unwilling to buy replacement components (e.g. filters) on time? We might have a solution for you!
We don't know the exact pricing yet, but one thing we do know is that the price will be proportional to the benefit you get. If you have suggestions related to pricing, let us know.
Condity needs two things to function, devices and customer sites. A device must have unique identifier like serial number and at least one component with recurring maintenance needs. A customer site must have a valid street address and something resembling a building.
There will be three methods for adding data to Condity and keeping it updated. You can create and edit each item manually, import larger quantities using csv- or Excel-files or integrate to external databases (CRM, ERP, WMS...) and keep your data automatically synchronized everywhere.
When your business grows or you have already a big established company, you might need to add your subsidiaries, distributors, warehouses, ERP integrations, maintenance partners, teams etc. Whatever you need, Condity scales with you.
Condity's core feature is the ability to automatically calculate maintenance date for each device. This date is based on fixed interval and virtual operating time calculator, so you can add any kind of device to the system. But if you have real-time telemetry data available, this date can be adjusted dynamically based on the actual condition of the device.
Maintenance date for each customer site is visualized on a map view using intuitive three-colour system. Green means that device does not require any attention, orange alerts user to schedule a maintenance and red indicates that immediate maintenance is required.
Every maintenance, delivery and pick up task is coordinated using the Plan. It is a collection of devices to be serviced, replaced, delivered to customer site or picked up back to warehouse by a maintenance person during one workday. The plan and the map view together is a powerful combination for scheduling and route optimization.
Released tools are still quite manual, but automatic AI powered route optimization and scheduling assistant is on the roadmap. Fortunately, this manual method is proven to be very effective up to 3000 maintenance tasks per year per technician.
One of the main goals is to make finding each device as smooth as possible. Condity will not replace something like Google Maps for navigating to the customer's street address, but we will try our best so you don't have to type each address manually to your favourite navigation tool. We intend to focus our development efforts on indoor navigation, because finding the device inside a huge building complex is often very hard and time consuming.
Currently only basic location information is available (room, floor, building) and tools for keeping this information up to date at all times, but this is just a starting point. More advanced tools could utilize for example floorplans, photos, Wi-Fi positioning, Bluetooth beacons or dedicated indoor positioning systems.
Operating time based condition monitoring works only if time goes back to zero when maintenance is performed. Most of the information related to the maintenance is defined beforehand, so if everything goes as planned, only single touch of a button at the customer site is enough to reset the timer.
But if maintenance person forgets some steps, device is in worse shape than it was supposed to be or location has changed permanently, Condity will be there for you. It can provide installation guides, save notes and photos related to the maintenance and location can be updated. These details can be then browsed from device's maintenance history when user comes back to the office.
Condity can be seamlesly integrated to billing and warehouse management software so end customer will get the bill with all the required information and used components are automatically removed from the inventory.
These are the marketing features we have planned:
If your customer is responsible of the recurring maintenance, Condity can send a reminder when the maintenance is due. This reminder could contain for example limited time discount coupon to your online store or services, which might be effective incentive.
Customize Condity's public pages and emails with your own colours and logo. Your customers will feel more comfortable opening messages and websites with familiar branding.
Attach a sticker to the device containing a public link to Condity's device page. If you are confident enough to show publicly the maintenance status of the device, it might impress your potential customers.
Customer can request a maintenance with the QR code sticker attached to the device or from an email link. This request form is always connected to the device, so all the basic details are prefilled for the customer and you know the exact location and maintenance history. Convenience might prevent the customer requesting maintenance from a competitor.
Condity knows if your customer's device needs maintenance. If this is a sales opportunity for you, create automatically a lead for your sales team so they can close the deal.
